The Adaptations Manager will oversee property adaptations within the public sector, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and meet the required standards.

Client Details My client is a leading housing provider based in the East Midlands who manages 4,300 social housing properties ranging from single-occupancy one-bedroom homes to larger family houses and high-rise flats.

Description Oversee and manage property adaptations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Ensuring that the organisation remain legally compliant in relation to its statutory obligations to deliver Disabled Facilities Grants.

Working closely with external agencies to ensure the needs of disabled residents in the area are met.

Advice and assistance on a variety of topics Profile A successful Interim Adaptations Manager should have: A background in property management and social housing.

Strong knowledge of building regulations and accessibility standards.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience within the public sector is advantageous but not essential.
