Description
Manage residential construction projects through each stage, maintaining clear plans, priorities and delivery milestones.
Act as Employer's Agent, coordinating project activity and helping all parties work to agreed requirements.
Oversee contract administration, ensuring project records, instructions and key documents are accurate and up to date.
Monitor project progress and address delivery issues early to keep work moving forward.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project contacts to maintain clear communication.
Review project information and provide practical updates on progress, actions and next steps.
Manage changes during delivery, helping to maintain control of scope, programme and project requirements.
Support the successful handover of completed residential projects.
Profile
A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:
Strong project management experience across residential projects ranging in value from £5mill - £70million
Practical experience of contract administration within construction.
Experience acting as an Employer's Agent.
The ability to manage project plans, milestones and delivery actions.
Confidence coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
Clear written and verbal communication for project updates and documentation.
Job Offer
Permanent Senior Project Manager position based in London.
Salary of £60,000 to £75,000 dependent on the level of experience.
