Client Details An organisation within the education sector located in Oxford looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their estates team. Description Lead and supervise maintenance teams and contractors to deliver high-quality maintenance services. Manage reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and statutory compliance activities. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with health and safety legislation, safe systems of work, permits, and risk assessments. Monitor service delivery performance and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed service levels. Coordinate maintenance activities using CAFM systems and work closely with the help-desk function. Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Manage maintenance resources, materials, stock control, and subcontractor activities effectively.
