Description

As a Land and Development Surveyor you will:

  • Lead property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines.
  • Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the public sector.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Produce detailed reports and documentation for all stages of development projects.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making within the property department.

Profile

A successful Land and Development Surveyor should have:

  • MRICS
  • Be willing and able to commute to London borough at lease twice a week
  • Strong experience in property development or project management within the public sector.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant public sector regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyse data and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of £550 to £645, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Hybrid working arrangement
