- Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender submissions, budgets, cost plans, and bid documentation.
- Support pre-construction activities, including risk analysis and value engineering.
- Collaborate with commercial, design, production, and project teams to validate estimates.
- Monitor project costs against estimates and contribute to post-project reviews.
- Maintain and develop cost databases to reflect current market rates.
- Review tender portals and identify new opportunities.

Profile
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- At least 5 years' experience as an Estimator within the UK construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers.

- Proficiency with estimating software such as CostX, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, and Excel.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
