The Communal Heating Specialist will support the Energy and Carbon Manager with the delivery of the Heat Network Regulations, lead the Energy Advice Service, and provide technical support to the Energy Team. Client Details Our client is a leading North West social housing provider who manages over 12000 homes in the region. Description Manage communal heating systems, ensuring efficient energy use and cost management. Develop and deliver policies and processes relating to Heat Network Regulations, Customer Protections and Heat Network Technical Assurance Scheme. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and contractors to deliver Heating Network Regulation compliance. Manage contractor activities in relation to HIU (Heat Interface Unit) and heat meter repairs and efficiency improvements. Support and advise customers remotely and in their own home in relation to heat network use, efficiency and affordability. Liaise with the Investment Team in relation to Heat Interface Unit and Heat Meter project delivery. Utilise monitoring systems such as BMS, HIU and energy billing data to improve system efficiency, fault identification and resolution responsiveness.
