An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property professional to join a leading real estate and property organisation in Birmingham. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage key client relationships, oversee a varied commercial portfolio and play a key role in developing client relationships and business performance.
Our client, with a Midlands office base in Birmingham, is a highly regarded real estate and property services business with an established presence across the UK and international markets. They advise a diverse client base, including institutional investors, overseas owners and major property companies, providing a full suite of property and asset management services. The Commercial Property Manager will:
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of commercial properties and key client relationships.
- Deliver high-quality property management services across multiple assets.
- Manage lease and tenancy schedules, lease events, rent reviews and expiries.
- Liaise regularly with clients, occupiers, solicitors and internal stakeholders.
- Attend and lead tenant and client meetings.
- Oversee licence applications and occupier-related requests.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for clients and senior management.
- Monitor service charge expenditure and support annual budget preparation.
- Manage arrears recovery, income collection and property management administration.
- Undertake due diligence work relating to acquisitions and disposals.
