Description
The Assistant Facilities Operations Manager will:
Lead and develop Facilities teams across a range of Soft FM services (Front of House, Reception, Cleaning, Grounds, Waste, Portering, Catering and Campus Support operations).
Ensure services are delivered to agreed standards, KPIs and SLAs.
Manage contractor and supplier performance, conducting regular reviews and audits.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and respond proactively to operational requirements.
Conduct service inspections and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
Support the management of budgets and ensure value for money across services.
Champion health, safety and compliance across all areas of responsibility.
Deputise for the Facilities Operations Manager when required.
Participate in an operational Duty Manager rota and support critical campus operations and events.
