Description

  • Lead and manage housing services to ensure they meet organisational objectives and resident needs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance within the housing department.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders and partners to promote the organisation's housing services.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on housing-related matters.

Profile

A successful Head of Supported Housing should have:

Job Offer
