Description
As Surveyor duties will include, however, not be limited to:
- Manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organisational objectives.
- Provide expert advice on property matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records for all property transactions.
- Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with internal colleagues to enable efficient and effective delivery of the client remit.
- Support the development of property strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost management for property projects.
