Job Description

  • Raising all Batch Documents in agreed timescales to meet operation deadlines. Check for any Dynamic formulation products.
  • Prepare Customer Sample Batch Documents, DF check, and write off raw material after completion of job.
  • Finished goods to be booked into system after completion to enable goods to be dispatched
  • Provide the Loading instructions and Spec labels as part of the batch document
  • Support/Cover daily planning of the production/packing programs as and when required
  • Dealing with allocation or document queries and authorising batch changes for Production/Warehouse
  • Minimising plan changes wherever possible by working closely with production Team Leaders to match workload with resource
  • Participation in meetings as requested

A successful Logistics Administrator should have
