- Manage complex reconciliations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems for efficiency.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing complex reconciliations.
