We are seeking an experienced Interim Assistant Commercial Manager to support the delivery of high-profile procurement and commercial activities across a diverse portfolio of social impact and corporate services programmes.

  • Key responsibilities for the Interim Assistant Commercial Manager include:
  • Lead procurement activities from initiation through to contract award and implementation.
  • Manage low-value and selected high-value procurements, with contract values up to approximately £5 million.
  • Draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pricing schedules, governance papers, and approval documentation.
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts and contract variations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, governance requirements, and internal processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop market-ready specifications and procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation.
  • Support engagement with a variety of stakeholders and partner organisations.
