- Lead the identification, qualification, and on boarding of new suppliers, with a focus on Asia and North America.
- Conduct overseas supplier visits, audits, and contract negotiations to expand and strengthen the supply base.
- Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategy with business growth plans, market demand forecasts, and product launches.
- Maintain a clear view of upcoming product launches, seasonal demand, and promotional activity to plan effectively.
