Description Workforce Manager London hybrid

Responsibilities: Lead the development of research and evidence on workforce, skills and higher education challenges affecting the sector.

Translate complex data, insights and stakeholder intelligence into compelling thought leadership, policy recommendations and practical solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with employers, education providers, professional bodies, policymakers and other strategic stakeholders.

Support policy and advocacy activity by developing evidence-based positions and recommendations for government and external audiences.
