A University in London is looking for a Temporary Events Officer to join the team for 12 weeks from 12th May to support with some big open days and student events over the summer. The Temporary Events Officer will support with the planning and delivery of all student recruitment events.
Client Details: Our client is a well-known University in London with historical links to the city. The team are in the office 3 times per week and this contract involves working 2 Saturdays in June and July when the events are taking place. It is essential you are based either in London or nearby able to get in 3-4 times per week.

- Support the coordination of large scale University events.
- Working collaboratively with the wider events and student recruitment directorate.
- Working collaboratively with different faculties and institutes.
- Working on both virtual and in person events.
- Attendee data management.
- Carrying out on the day logistics and post event evaluation.
Profile:
- Demonstrable background in event management and logistics.
- Able to extract data and evaluate data.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: previous experience working in Higher Education or the education sector.
Job Offer:
- Hourly rate either PAYE or Umbrella.
