A driven and commercially minded B2B Marketing Manager is sought to lead and optimise the freight marketing function. This newly created role will shape strategy, align marketing with sales and revenue objectives, and drive growth through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and effective sales enablement.

Description: As the B2B Marketing Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the end-to-end freight marketing strategy aligned to commercial and sales goals
- Define and maintain a clear, consistent freight proposition across all touchpoints
- Develop integrated B2B campaigns and content to drive revenue and yield optimisation
- Build targeted content plans focused on key customer segments and verticals
- Ensure marketing supports pricing strategy, sales effectiveness, and commercial priorities
- Create and manage sales enablement materials, including presentations, toolkits, and campaign assets
- Standardise and enhance marketing collateral to ensure consistency and quality
- Partner with sales teams to support customer acquisition, retention, and growth
