We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who has experience in working for not-for-profit organisations.

Client Details: Renowned Children's Charity.

Description:

  • Facilitated brand messaging and voice development by coaching and upskilling colleagues and freelancers to create consistent and engaging content that drives impactful actions.
  • Collaborated with the Chief Creative to craft compelling organisational messages that leverage audience insights, elevate youth voices, and amplify the charity's mission.
  • Supported the evolution of brand voice and editorial guidelines to ensure inclusive representation and agency for young people across all messaging.
  • Utilised audience insights to develop bold, innovative, and impactful creative concepts that achieve campaign objectives and stand out.
  • Wrote and edited copy for diverse audiences, purposes, and channels, ensuring it meets objectives and drives engagement and support.
  • Produced key outputs such as house style guides, brand narrative, and voice and tone guidelines.
  • Ensured consistent brand expression across all platforms, channels, and formats.
  • Contributed to growth in attraction, support, income, and positive audience attitudes towards young people.

Profile:

  • Editorial content creation and copywriting for diverse communications, including advertising, marketing, branding, fundraising, and messaging development, leveraging audience insights and creative methods.
  • Broad digital expertise, including content design and management, UX, accessibility, and analytics, with a strong interest in these areas.
  • Collaboration in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, contributing to successful integrated campaigns, and ensuring a strong written identity.
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading copy for internal clients, working closely with design, video production, digital producers, and story and voice colleagues.
  • Developing, championing, and protecting brand voice and tone, while championing co-creation with children and young people, and building strong collaborative relationships.
  • Applying creative and critical thinking to projects, managing stakeholders effectively, prioritising tasks, and managing projects efficiently, with a solid understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
