  • Develop and deliver a content and storytelling strategy across channels
  • Create engaging content including articles, social posts, video, and email campaigns
  • Gather and write sensitive, real-life stories for multiple audiences
  • Support video production, including planning, filming, and distribution
  • Work with agencies and creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content
  • Manage story databases, consent processes, and content usage tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and organisational goals
  • Monitor budgets and support best practice in content and storytelling across teams
