As Salesforce Officer you will own day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement, ensuring data quality, smooth user experience and effective support for marketing and distribution teams in an asset manager environment.
Client Details My client is a successful asset management business, based in London Description Support Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
Manage users, permissions, security and system access.
Maintain data quality, governance and CRM best practices.
Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, automation and workflows.
Develop reports, dashboards and campaign tracking solutions.
Enable the delivery of the Salesforce roadmap working with 3 party agency Provide user support, training and documentation.
Partner with marketing and distribution teams to deliver CRM solutions.
