The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of high-profile charity events to the highest standards, working closely with internal teams, senior leadership, trustees and volunteers. A key focus is leading the Annual Dinner for over 600 major donors, a flagship event raising more than £1.6 million and central to donor engagement, retention and income.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the planning, delivery and budget management of the charity's full events portfolio and annual calendar.
- Line managing the Events Coordinator and Events Campaigns Administrator, providing leadership and support.
- Leading the organisation and on-site delivery of events, managing staff, contractors, suppliers and logistics.
- Taking responsibility for the planning and delivery of the flagship Annual Dinner, working closely with senior leadership, trustees, committees, partners and internal teams on all aspects of content, production, security and logistics.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Communications to develop effective event content, collateral and promotion.
- Supporting and guiding committee-led and third-party events, including post-event follow-up and evaluation.
