Description
- Lead the development and delivery of an integrated communications and content strategy that supports organisational growth, engagement and public profile.
- Oversee digital communications channels, including website, social media and email marketing, to improve audience engagement and conversion.
- Manage media relations, PR activity and reputation management, building strong relationships with journalists and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain high‑quality, audience‑focused content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Use data, analytics and audience insight to measure performance, optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a communications team, fostering collaboration across departments and managing external agencies and suppliers
Profile
- Significant senior‑level communications experience, with a strong track record of leading integrated communications, digital engagement and content strategies.
- Experienced in managing media relations, securing positive coverage and protecting organisational reputation during sensitive issues.
- An excellent writer and storyteller, able to create compelling content and tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
- Data‑driven and digitally savvy, with expertise in using insights, analytics and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve performance and engagement.
