This role will work with the HR Directorate to design and deliver a compelling, inclusive employee experience, leading internal communications and engagement so employees are informed, connected, and valued. It is a hands-on position that blends strategy, creativity, and technology to strengthen culture and drive performance through effective project execution.

- Develop and deliver a holistic employee experience strategy aligned to organisational goals and values.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve engagement, wellbeing, and workforce connection.
- Use employee insights and data to continuously enhance the employee experience.
- Lead the planning and delivery of staff events to drive engagement and communication.
- Own internal communications strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across channels.
- Create compelling content and leadership communications, including organisational updates and change messaging.
- Build and embed a strong, inclusive employer brand and EVP.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and align brand with employee experience.
