A great opportunity for an Ecommerce Assistant Merchandiser to join a business in their North Wales office. The business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years. They are known for their multi-product offering which is stylish and functional. They take sustainability seriously and their products are made with as little environmental impact as possible.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and amending all purchase orders.
- Monitoring trading performance and identifying opportunities as well as risks.
- Size ratio analysis to ensure new orders and restock sizing is maximised.
- Supporting the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
- Updating line cards to assist the Merchandiser in managing 'Core' products stock and sales forecasts as well as ad hoc analysis as required by the department.
- Awareness of our customer, and fast and slow sellers.
- Undertaking competitor analysis.
- Supporting the Ecommerce / Marketing team with frequent site reviews, ensuring products are effectively categorised and visually merchandised to maximise sell through.
- Working with marketing and other channels to identify key selling lines and identify promotional activity to maximise sales.
Profile:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and a numbers thinker.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage your own time.
- Previous experience within a retail / brand head office.
