This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief to land in their inbox.

Someone who can walk into a meeting, ask the right questions, uncover the real story and turn it into campaigns that resonate with the audiences that matter.

Because let's be honest, "we need a campaign" isn't a brief.

You'll own campaigns from concept to delivery, bringing together colleagues, agencies and subject matter experts to make great ideas happen.

That means

  • Developing integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, PR, email, events and more
  • Creating compelling propositions, messaging and campaign plans
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to uncover stories worth telling
  • Managing the PR agency to maximise media opportunities
  • Building awareness, engagement and qualified enquiries
  • Using data and insight to measure success and improve performance
  • Helping Fusion21 stay visible and discoverable in an increasingly AI-driven search landscape

  • Has built B2B campaigns from scratch and seen them through to delivery

  • Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
