- Description
- Take ownership of delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives and promotional activities from initial concept through to execution and evaluation.
- Work closely with teams across the organisation to create engaging marketing materials that raise awareness, drive support and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the production of high-quality print and digital assets, managing creative projects, suppliers and brand consistency throughout.
- Play a key role in supporting events and fundraising campaigns, overseeing everything from event collateral and communications to campaign messaging and creative development.
- Deliver effective email marketing and digital campaigns, using audience insight and performance data to continually improve results.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time, while mentoring a designer and ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

The successful applicant will have the following
- A confident and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns from planning through to execution.
- A strong project manager who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, keeping stakeholders engaged and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- An excellent communicator and storyteller, with the ability to write compelling copy and adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Creative and commercially minded, with experience managing the production of marketing materials, events collateral and brand-led campaigns.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools, email campaigns, data and insights to improve engagement and campaign performance.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting colleagues and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
