- Lead the delivery and continuous development of the organisation's corporate partnerships strategy.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate partnerships to maximise income and engagement.
- Identify, cultivate and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Line manage and support two team members, driving performance, development and collaboration.
- Develop tailored partnership plans, stewardship activities and reporting for key partners.
- Monitor income, expenditure and KPIs, providing regular performance analysis and budget oversight.
