This role is responsible for building, managing and optimising Amazon and marketplace advertising campaigns across the UK, EU and US, ensuring budgets are effectively deployed to deliver strong commercial performance. Working closely with regional teams and the Global Head of Digital Commerce, the successful candidate will use data, analysis and continuous optimisation to improve campaign results while maintaining accurate reporting and execution standards

Description
- Build and launch Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns across Amazon and selected international marketplaces.
- Optimise bids, budgets, keywords, targeting and placements to improve performance.
- Monitor ACOS, ROAS, TACOS and sales metrics, taking action to maximise ROI.
- Analyse search term and SKU-level performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
- Ensure products are campaign-ready by checking stock, listings, pricing and Buy Box status.
- Track advertising spend and manage budgets within agreed limits.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with regional teams, agencies and content partners to execute campaigns.
- Maintain accurate campaign records, naming conventions and reporting processes.
- Support Amazon DSP activity and marketplace advertising expansion where required.
Profile
- 3-5 years' hands-on experience managing and optimising Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Experienced in keyword research, bid management, budget control and campaign optimisation.
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance using ACOS, ROAS, TACOS and sales metrics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of how pricing, stock availability, Buy Box ownership and listing quality impact advertising performance.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Confident communicating insights, recommendations and performance updates to stakeholders.
- Able to work independently in a remote, international environment.
- Experience across multiple marketplaces, countries or consumer brands would be advantageous.
- Exposure to Amazon DSP, Pacvue, Skai, Power Query, Python or SQL would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Commercially minded with a passion for driving growth through marketplace advertising.
