Description
You will work on a wide variety of shipping and trade disputes, including litigation, arbitration and advisory matters with international elements. The role will involve drafting legal documents, conducting technical research, liaising directly with clients, experts and counsel, managing matters, and supporting business development initiatives.
Profile
- Qualified solicitor with ideally 3+ years' PQE.
- Experience in shipping disputes or a strong interest in the maritime sector.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage matters effectively and build strong client relationships.
