Description Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
Draft and negotiate lease extensions, new leases, transfers, auction sales, easements, deeds, and licences.
Handle pre-emption rights, Land Registry applications, adverse possession claims, and unregistered titles.
Conduct legal due diligence on leases, deeds, and property title documents, including analysing title structures.
Respond to legal and title enquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
Contribute to departmental projects as required.
