Description
- Lead and manage large-scale electronic evidence review projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and effective use of technology.
- Act as the key interface between legal teams, e-disclosure specialists and document review teams to deliver a coordinated and streamlined review process.
- Develop review strategies in collaboration with Associates, including advising on review protocols and methodologies.
- Supervise internal and external review teams and oversee quality, consistency and timely delivery of review work.
- Conduct document review during initial sampling, planning phases, and more complex review exercises.
- Extract and analyse information from reviews, including drafting chronologies, evidential summaries and case narratives.
- Identify, test and implement advanced technologies and analytical tools to enhance review efficiency.
- Produce and report review metrics to stakeholders, ensuring reviews are properly managed and tracked.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes, workflows and use of legal tech within the evidence review function.
