Description The In-house Senior Construction Lawyer will be: Advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation Supporting land, planning, and development teams on project delivery Managing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes Profile The Senior Construction Lawyer should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' PQE in construction law Experienced in non-contentious construction matters and contracts Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills Confident working autonomously within a fast-paced environment Ideally experienced within in-house or real estate/development sectors Experience in Building and Construction would be great.
