Description
- Advise clients on all aspects of special situations, restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy.
- Work across bank loans, high-yield debt, intercreditor arrangements, and other financing instruments.
- Lead on restructuring proceedings, often interfacing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and negotiate transactional documentation with responsibility and autonomy.
Profile
- Qualified in England & Wales with 1-5 PQE.
- Experience working with diverse clients in special situations, restructuring, and insolvency.
- Strong grasp of key financing instruments (bank loans, high yield debt, intercreditor arrangements).
