Our client is seeking a Residential Development Solicitor/Legal Executive in Manchester.
The successful candidate will take on a mixed case load of residential matters but with a focus on Residential Development/plot sales. The successful candidate will advise housebuilders, SME developers, property traders and investors on a broad range of residential and plot sale matters. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful residential property team within a full-service commercial law firm with a strong regional reputation and a significant client base across the North West and wider UK.
Profile
A successful Residential Development Solicitor/Legal Executive should have between 3-5 experience in residential development work.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £58,000 to £64,000, dependent on the level of experience.
