Description

As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal your duties will include:

  • Assist with residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
  • Conduct searches and manage the exchange of contracts process.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support solicitors with administrative tasks and case management.
  • Handle post-completion matters, such as registrations with the Land Registry.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and deliver a high standard of client service throughout.

Profile
