Description
As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal your duties will include:
- Assist with residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Conduct searches and manage the exchange of contracts process.
- Provide regular updates to clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support solicitors with administrative tasks and case management.
- Handle post-completion matters, such as registrations with the Land Registry.
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliver a high standard of client service throughout.
