The Remote Interim Corporate Solicitor will support a specialist commercial law firm, working 2-3 days/week on a long‑term, fully remote contract. You\’ll advise on small‑business M&A, shareholder agreements, share buy‑backs, group restructures and more, ensuring clients receive expert and pragmatic corporate legal support.

Description

The Interim Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Structuring, drafting and negotiating sales and acquisition agreements
  • Advising on and preparing shareholder agreements and articles of association
  • Handling share buy‑backs, share transfers and group restructures
  • Managing due diligence processes and corporate governance tasks
  • Providing clear, commercial legal advice, tailored to small businesses
  • Liaising with clients directly in a remote, flexible setting
  • Coordinating with the internal team to deliver consistent, top‑tier service

Profile

The Interim Corporate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor (or equivalent) with 6+ PQE in corporate/commercial law
  • Experienced in M&A, shareholder agreements, share buy‑backs, transfers and restructures
  • Confident advising SMEs throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Strong in drafting and negotiating corporate documentation
  • Proactive, communicative and comfortable working fully remotely
  • Familiar with commercial realities and offering clear, cost‑effective solutions
