Description
Are you looking for a role with plenty of flexibility? Are you set up at home to work on a fully remote basis? Are you looking to work in a non-volume conveyancing environment which is not fixated by targets, billable hours and working on very heavy caseloads? This is an opportunity with a small team of three, reporting into the senior lawyer. The team have excellent relationships with agents and referrers and are confident of their pipeline going into 2026. The team are all qualified and experienced. They have a very manageable caseload - this recruitment is because the work is picking up and the team want to hire a new person rather than stretch the existing team. This is a fully remote role so you must be comfortable working in this type of environment. Whilst the team has regular check-ups, communications and Teams calls, the recruit needs to be confident running cases from start to finish with minimal supervision from a technical point of view. The role is paying up to around £40,000 with the key benefits being the remote working and non-high volume caseload.
Profile
The team need somebody who can run their own cases so it’s likely that you will be a qualified UK solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in Conveyancing.
