Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its London office on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support a busy Real Estate team across transactional, asset management and post-completion matters and must be immediately available or on a notice period of two weeks or less.

Description
- Assisting with Real Estate asset management matters, including licences, wayleaves and rent review memoranda.
- Supporting property transactions from inception through to completion.
- Setting up, maintaining and managing transaction data rooms.
- Reviewing, collating and organising documentation for sale and acquisition processes.
- Assisting with the preparation of certificates of title and lease reports.
- Drafting transactional documents, client reports and related legal documentation.
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
- Obtaining official copies, title documents and completing Land Registry tasks.
- Verifying tenancy schedules and supporting due diligence exercises.
- Coordinating reliance letters, warranties, exchange and completion processes.Managing project administration, timelines and transaction milestones.
- Managing DocuSign processes and execution formalities.
- Assisting with post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications.
- Maintaining deeds, records, schedules and legal documentation
Profile
- Previous Real Estate Paralegal experience is essential.
- Experience supporting Real Estate transactions within a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of Land Registry processes and property documentation.
- Experience managing data rooms and large-scale transactions.
- Familiarity with SDLT processes and post-completion matters.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using document management systems and e-signature platforms is advantageous.
- A law degree or equivalent academic background is preferred.
- Proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Must be immediately available or available on a notice period of two weeks or less.
