Description
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations
- Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations
- Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements
- Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives
- Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

- A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE
