Description
The Property Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, and rights to light
- Advising a diverse client base, including major retailers
- Taking ownership of files while supporting senior colleagues with client management and business development
- Contributing to the growth and success of the specialist property disputes team
- Helping with management of juniors in the team
Profile
The Property Litigation Solicitor should be / have;
- A solicitor or equivalent with proven experience in property litigation, ideally 3+ years PQE
- Skilled in handling landlord and tenant matters, easements, and other property disputes
- Confident managing own caseload and working independently
- Strong in client advisory, communication, and business development support
- Ties to Leeds
