Our client is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Tier 1 rated property disputes practice in Leeds. You will advise corporate clients on a range of property disputes work.

Our client is a global law firm with a large full service office in central Leeds. Their Property disputes team is known as one of the largest in the region who deal with high value disputes work for major corporate clients across the UK. The firm offers a great salary with this role.

Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Handling a broad range of property litigation cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes and general property management disputes.
  • Advising clients on on property management and risk management issues.
  • Dealing with high value disputes working as part of a team
  • Dealing with clients such as major retailers, technology companies and hospitality sector focused clients.

Profile

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;

  • A Solicitor between 1-4 years PQE
  • A track record dealing with property disputes work
  • An interest to work for a large law firm
  • Strong academics and ties to Leeds.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £68,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
