The position combines legal know-how, training, thought leadership and innovation, with significant involvement in AI, legal technology and practice development. Its Products practice is widely regarded as a market leader, advising global clients on product regulation, compliance, risk management and high-stakes disputes. The team acts on cross-border matters and is known for its expertise at the intersection of law, regulation and innovation. Description As the dedicated Products Knowledge Lawyer, you will lead the team's know-how, training and knowledge management function, ensuring lawyers remain at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments across the UK and Europe. Working closely with partners, fee earners and the wider knowledge function, you will drive training, thought leadership, knowledge-sharing and innovation initiatives while supporting the development of cutting-edge legal services. Key Responsibilities Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting products, compliance and liability matters. Produce legal updates, client alerts and thought leadership content. Lead and coordinate legal training programmes across the practice. Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for client engagement. Support conferences, seminars and client-facing presentations. Draft and maintain precedents, templates and know-how resources. Improve knowledge capture, document management and knowledge-sharing processes. Support lawyers with technical queries, resources and training materials. Drive knowledge management, legal technology and AI initiatives. Collaborate with wider innovation, legal education and knowledge teams on strategic projects. Profile Qualified lawyer, typically 4+ PQE. Background in products liability, product regulation, compliance, disputes or adjacent regulatory fields. Existing Knowledge Lawyer/PSL experience desirable but not essential. Strong technical legal skills and genuine interest in product law and regulation. Enthusiasm for legal innovation, knowledge management and AI-enabled legal services. Excellent drafting, communication and presentation skills. Highly organised with strong project management capabilities. Comfortable working autonomously and driving new initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across the firm. Location: London Working Pattern: Flexible and hybrid working arrangements available.
