An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm in Leeds. Working alongside recognised experts in trusts, estates and tax planning, you will advise high and ultra high net worth clients on complex and varied matters while developing your career within a growing team.

The private client team is particularly well regarded, advising high and ultra high net worth individuals, business owners and agricultural clients on trusts, estate and tax planning matters.

Description

  • Advising high and ultra high net worth clients on trusts, estate and tax planning matters
  • Working closely with team members on complex private wealth instructions
  • Drafting complex wills, trusts and related legal documentation
  • Administering estates, including cross border and high value estates
  • Advising clients on succession and wealth preservation strategies
  • Working closely with specialist teams including Corporate, Tax, Family and Agricultural Property
  • Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
  • Working on business development and networking initiatives
  • Assisting with the continued growth of the private client practice

Profile

The Private Client Senior Associate should be / have:

  • A solicitor with between 3 and 10 years PQE
  • Experienced in private client, trusts, estates and tax matters
  • Comfortable handling high net worth and ultra high net worth client work
  • Experienced in drafting wills, trusts and complex legal documentation
  • Ideally experienced in estate administration work
  • Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
  • Interested in joining a large national law firm with excellent progression opportunities

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £63,000 to £75,000 per annum. Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days. Private medical insurance. Participation in a company pension scheme with a 5% contribution. Performance-related bonus opportunities. Hybrid working.
