You will play a key role in a highly regarded national planning team, advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure, development and regeneration projects. The firm's planning practice is particularly well regarded, recently ranking in the UK's top 10 planning law firms. Description The Planning Partner will be: * Advising public and private sector clients on complex planning matters * Dealing with planning work relating to major infrastructure projects * Advising on Development Consent Orders and compulsory purchase orders * Handling land compensation and associated development issues * Advising on regeneration schemes and major development projects * Providing strategic advice on planning applications and appeals * Advising on Section 106 planning agreements and highway agreements * Working with clients on planning enforcement matters * Developing and strengthening client relationships across the Yorkshire market * Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the national planning practice Profile .The Planning Partner should be: * An existing Partner with a strong track record in planning law * A solicitor with significant experience in planning and CPO work * Well connected within the Yorkshire market with established client relationships * Experienced in advising both public and private sector clients * Able to demonstrate a strong track record on complex planning matters * Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities * An excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills Job Offer Salary ranging from Β£130,000 to Β£170000 Partner benefits package.
