Are you a qualified solicitor with experience in Planning Law or approaching qualification and looking for a newly-qualified position in this area?

You will be joining a reputable team which acts on national projects across a range of areas such as:

  • Contentious Planning Work
  • Highways matters
  • CPO work
  • Town & Country Planning
  • Advising Housebuilder clients on project work
  • Working for Developers
  • Legal challenges and enforcement
  • Section 106 agreements and other specific Planning agreements

You will be joining a sizeable team and there will be lots of support and development.

The firm operate a hybrid model with a day per week at home.

Profile

It\’s likely that you will be a qualified solicitor (our client will look at candidates at all levels of PQE) or a trainee solicitor qualifying in Summer 2025 who has undertaken a strong seat in Planning work.

Our client will candidates from private practice, in-house or local government.
