The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued between £150,000 and £5 million.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
- Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.
