Description

The Personal Injury Paralegal will be:

1. Assisting fee earners in progressing serious injury claims.
2. Keeping clients informed and meeting with them to take instructions.
3. Instructing medical experts and counsel.
4. Drafting legal documents and preparing case materials.
5. Managing case files, arranging payments, and handling correspondence.

Profile

The Personal Injury Paralegal should be:

1. Experienced as a paralegal within a serious injury department.
2. A law graduate (preferred but not essential).
3. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
