This is an exciting opportunity for either a commercial paralegal or junior legal counsel to contribute to the legal department of a leading business in the engineering & construction sector.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day legal support to the Spanish entity and support company lawyers and employees in other company entities as required.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, licenses and other appropriate legal documents in English & Spanish.
- Provides advice and support on Spanish public procurement regulations.
- Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate lawyers.
- Research, review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations.
- Assists internally in analyzing documents.
- Compiles data from trusted legal resources.
Profile:
- A legal qualification in either England or Spain.
- 2+ years experience in commercial contracts or corporate legal experience.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
