This is an exciting opportunity for either a commercial paralegal or junior legal counsel to contribute to the legal department of a leading business in the engineering & construction sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day legal support to the Spanish entity and support company lawyers and employees in other company entities as required.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, licenses and other appropriate legal documents in English & Spanish.
  • Provides advice and support on Spanish public procurement regulations.
  • Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate lawyers.
  • Research, review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations.
  • Assists internally in analyzing documents.
  • Compiles data from trusted legal resources.

Profile:

  • A legal qualification in either England or Spain.
  • 2+ years experience in commercial contracts or corporate legal experience.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
