Paralegal/Legal Operations Assistant/Legal Tech Assistant

This temporary position in London is an opportunity to support the disputes team of a large law firm. You'll assist with a range of tasks that keep legal operations running smoothly, making a real difference in the day-to-day activities of the team. Client Details A law firm based in London. Description Assist with the preparation of utilisation data. Provide administrative support to create spreadsheet and pivot tables. Help maintain and organise databases. Support the implementation of legal technology tools and systems. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist with resource management. Monitor invoices from the finance team. Provide general operational assistance to ensure efficient legal processes. Profile A successful Paralegal/Legal Operations Assistant/Legal Tech Assistant should have: Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with legal technology tools and systems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in handling confidential and sensitive information. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
