Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts and estate planning matters
- Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration work
- Advising high net worth individuals and families
- Supporting clients with inheritance tax and succession planning
- Advising landowners and clients with agricultural or significant property interests
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and related legal documentation
- Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
- Managing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to completion
Profile
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with 0 to 5 years PQE
- Experienced in private client matters, ideally including wills, trusts and probate
- Confident advising clients on estate planning and succession matters
- Comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals and complex estates
- Able to demonstrate strong technical legal knowledge and attention to detail
- An excellent communicator with a professional and personable approach
- Commercially aware with the ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Organised and capable of managing a varied caseload independently
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000
