Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Employment Legal Director to join a growing team in Leeds. You will work as part of a large national Employment law group who advise large corporate clients across the UK. The client is a international law firm with a large office in central Leeds. The firm promotes flexible working and offers genuine career prospects with this role. The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including; Providing advice on employment law including advisory, dealing with tribunal claims and corporate support Working closely with the Partners dealing with complex claims Working with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery. The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be; A track record dealing with respondent Employment law An interest to work for a large commercial law firm A track record dealing with complex employment law for corporate clients Strong client relationship management skills.
